My sister, Holly Ricks-Miller, is an incredible artist and has the most amazing studio where she creates her beautiful wildlife water color paintings. She inspired me to bet my own "place".

This little room is tucked away upstairs in my house and is fully equipped with a great stereo and lots of storage. Everyone knows when I'm up there working because my window is open and can be seen from the street!!

I'll try to stay in this space as long as I can but wonder about room and ventilation with the new torch on its' way...

MY KILN
KILN PHOTO I know that I need to get a "real" kiln. But in the mean time, this is what I use and it really does work fabulous! Of course it is under my bench next to my toes so it helps keep them toasty while I work!
MY TORCH
This is the torch I use. My hubby bought it for me at harbor Freight. It has served me well, but I'm in the process of getting a minor bench torch...
